Danny McMahon

Danny McMahon, cantautore country della città inglese di Bristol. Da molti anni scrive testi e canzoni, ma é nel 2017, mentre partecipa al Country2Country di Londra, che ha una vera e propria epifania ed i suoi testi si trasformano e raccontano tranche di vita vissuta secondo uno stile onesto, autentico e personale.
Danny crea un connubio perfetto all’interno della sua musica mischiando il suo amore per la musica country con influenze prettamente pop. Viene spesso paragonato ad artisti quali Brett Young e Thomas Rhett, data la natura melodica e radiofonica dei suoi brani.
In seguito all’uscita del suo EP di debutto ‘Making Memories’ (Novembre 2017), viene riconosciuto come miglior artista inglese country da HEM Country Radio, si piazza alla numero uno nella classifica country di Reverbnation ed entra nella top 10 della classifica generale di quest’ultima.
I suoi brani vengono trasmessi negli Stati Uniti, Australia e in gran parte del continente europeo.
Tutto ciò fa si che venga scelto per esibirsi allo Springboard West Festival a San Diego in California (Gennaio 2018).
Questa grande opportunità ha permesso a Danny di creare rapporti professionali con produttori di Nashville e manager americani, il che ha generato ancor più attenzione nei suoi confronti.

Danny McMahon is a commercial singer-songwriter and country artist from Bristol, UK. He has written commercially within the UK country music scene for a number of years but it wasn’t until he attended the UK’s biggest country festival, Country2Country, London in March 2017 that his experience saw him begin to write lyrics that he felt he could only communicate himself due to their honest, authentic and personal nature.
Danny blends his authentic Country lyrical content and melodies with a modern pop influenced production. Comparisons to currently prominent artists such as Brett Young and Thomas Rhett are unmistakable, but a classic feel similar to that of Rascal Flatts is brought to the fore with a sound that’s melodic, radio friendly and as a result presents material filled with catchy choruses.
Having released his debut EP ‘Making Memories’ in November 2017, Danny has since been voted best UK male country singer by HEM country radio, has reached No. 1 in the UK (country) Reverbnation Charts and the top 10 in the Reverbnation (all genre) Charts. He has also received numerous airplay worldwide including USA, Australia and across Europe.
International attention resulted in Danny being chosen to attend Springboard West Festival, San Diego, California in January 2018. This unique opportunity has allowed Danny to make connections with Nashville producers and US managers, all of which have led to an exciting buzz both sides of the pond.
