Countryo

ALFREDO DI FORTE al basso e contrabbasso, di Chiavari (GE). Anni di musica da ballo a 360 gradi … poi tre anni di Bluegrass con i “Sungrass” … tuttora attivo nei “Trio che Trio” versione acustica con repertorio nazionale ed internazionale. Ora anche nei Countryo, con repertorio esclusivamente Country.

OTTAVIO CESARINI, al violino, di GENOVA. Inizia col flauto da giovane, poi chitarra e Band varie con repertorio Bowie-Punk. Negli anni 2000 si inventa violinista e suona negli “Ociaband” prima, poi dal 2006 nei “Lasttrain Country Band”. Nel 2014 entra nella Band folk-irlandese “Folk & Beans”, per poi unirsi nel 2015 a Pino Colella con cui in duo ha proseguito fino ad oggi per poi formare i “Countryo” con Alfredo.

PINO COLELLA nasce musicalmente clarinettista, poi con la chitarra e voce si butta sui Beatles e forma una Band “Sergeant Pepper’s” con cui suona tuttora. Al tempo stesso Country-man da sempre fino ad iniziare ad esibirsi in solo dal 2012. Nel 2015 si unisce a Ottavio in duo, per poi unirsi nei “Countryo” con Alfredo.

I “Countryo” hanno un repertorio che va dal classico Johnny Cash al giovanissimo Country di Casey James, con un repertorio in cui vengono elaborati pezzi di Eagles, John Denver, Travis Tritt, Keith Urban, Dwight Yokoam, Creedence e molti altri.

ALFREDO DI FORTE on bass and double bass from Chiavari (GE). Years of experience in dance music at a 360 degree level, followed by three years of bluegrass with “Sungrass” … Currently still a part of the acoustic line-up of “Trio che Trio” which offers a repertoire of both Italian and internationally known songs. Now also in Countryo, a full blown country music band.

OTTAVIO CESARINI, on violin, from Genoa. Started by studying the flute during his early years, followed by guitar and ended up playing in numerous bands with styles ranging from David Bowie to pure punk. As of the 2000s he takes up the violin and finds a spot intitally with “Ociaband” and then with “Lasttrain Country Band” in 2006. In 2014 he becomes a part of “Folk & Beans” , an Irish/Folk band only to then join forces with Pino Colella in 2015 with whom he plays as a duo until forming “Countryo” with the arrival of Alfredo.

PINO COLELLA starts out as a clarinet player and after having discovered the guitar and singing he pursues his love for the Beatles by creating the band “Sergeant Pepper’s” with whom he still plays with to this day. On the other hand is his love for country which musically takes shape in 2012. In 2015 he joins Ottavio to create a duo until forming “Countryyo” with the
arrival of Alfredo.

“Countryo” offer a musical repertoire which stretches from traditional country (Johnny Cash) to modern (Casey James). Added to this are revisitations of songs from such artists as The Eagles, John Denver, Travis Tritt, Keith Urban, Dwight Yoakam, Creedence Clearwater Revival and many more
